Profiles Sought

We value a diversity of backgrounds and recruit individuals rather than degrees or résumés. We are primarily looking for candidates who are motivated by our areas of focus, who adhere to our vision of the consulting business, who share our values ​​and who possess the qualities of a good consultant :

  • Intellectual rigor and analytical ability
  • Curiosity, ability to listen, and empathy
  • People skills and teamwork 
  • Pragmatism and ability to set priorities

In addition to the characteristics above, we seek the following previous experiences for each level :

Junior consultant : One or two years of professional experience in business and/or a consulting firm.

Senior consultant : At least three years of professional experience in business and/or a consulting firm. Prior experience in one of our areas of expertise is obviously an advantage.

Manager : At least six years of professional experience, including time with a consulting firm and proven experience in at least one of our areas of expertise.
