In addition to the characteristics above, we seek the following previous experiences for each level :
Junior consultant : One or two years of professional experience in business and/or a consulting firm.
Senior consultant : At least three years of professional experience in business and/or a consulting firm. Prior experience in one of our areas of expertise is obviously an advantage.
Manager : At least six years of professional experience, including time with a consulting firm and proven experience in at least one of our areas of expertise.
